Suzanne Florek

chef/product developer, Suzanne Florek, and I wanted to recommend her to others in the network. We brainstormed concepts together for our next 4-6 flavors with her and she’s run with it and really fulfilling our vision of what we want out portfolio to look like a year from now. We are super excited to launch the products she has been working on (they are delicious!). She’s taken charge of not just development, but identifying suppliers for new ingredients, product costing, and keeping us on our timeline in order to meet our committed launch times. We HPP our products, limit the use of fruit, and have clean labels so it takes strong technical skills to get the balance right. She’s worked on full restaurant launches so I don’t think there is a product type she couldn’t do.
