At Down to Cook, we are on a mission to make plant-based food healthy and accessible. After working as a food product developer at several plant-based companies, I saw an opportunity to take a different approach to protein alternatives, moving away from analogs and creating products that are designed for fresh vegetables.
Our Adda Veggie Protein Mixes help make vegetables the center-of-plate protein. Home cooks simply add fresh veggies to the mix to create a ground meat alternative that can be formed into patties, meatless balls, or a crumble. Adda Veggie is a shelf-stable dry mix with a long shelf life and is the perfect pantry staple for vegetarians and folks looking to reduce their meat consumption. All of our products are vegan, soy-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO.
