Let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there. How did your company get started and why?

Both my co-founder, Robert and I were both avid crossfitters and loved to workout, but we also had a terrible sweet tooth. As we were training we adopted the paleo diet, but to cure our sweet tooth we could never find anything that was paleo friendly in the grocery stores so we started making our own desserts and thus Dan The Baking Man was born.

What is your product and how would you describe it?

It’s a plant-based desserts.

What business challenges have you faced in the last year?

Expanding into more locations and being able to keep up with demand.

What is your next challenge to overcome?

Connections to retailers.

What do you predict for the food industry over the rest of the year?

You will start to see consumers gravitate towards plant based items.
