🧀 Big Mozz Heads to H-E-B
Big Mozz founded by Matt Gallira is expanding into 340 H-E-B stores across Texas this month with Mozzarella Nuggets, Flamin’ Mozzarella Sticks, and Ranch Mozzarella Sticks, marking one of the premium frozen comfort food brand’s biggest retail milestones to date. The H-E-B launch brings Big Mozz’s restaurant-inspired frozen snacks to shoppers across Texas through one of the region’s most prominent grocery chains. The lineup includes several of the brand’s mozzarella-based comfort food products, all made with 100% whole milk mozzarella and designed for quick air fryer or oven preparation.
🥨 Kindling Lands at Target
Kindling Snacks co-founded by Cameron Smith and led on impact partnerships by Rachelle Smith rolled out its protein pretzels to Target stores nationwide with an exclusive Peach BBQ flavor and multipack format launched in partnership with Rails to Trails Conservancy. The Target launch expands Kindling’s retail reach while introducing a family-friendly multipack and an exclusive flavor tied to the brand’s outdoor-focused mission. Alongside the launch, the company made a significant grant to Rails to Trails Conservancy to help fund trail programs and access expansion.
🥤 AUTOFOCUS Expands in California
AUTOFOCUS founded by Trisha Ashworth is now available at Save Mart and Lucky stores across California and has partnered with KeHE Distributors to expand into new distribution centers in Dallas, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. The Save Mart and Lucky rollout gives AUTOFOCUS a stronger retail presence in California as the functional energy drink builds momentum with health-conscious consumers. Its KeHE partnership adds distribution infrastructure in three major markets, positioning the brand for broader national growth.

Struesli founded by Adrienne Lufkin will debut its new Cashew & Vanilla superfood granola blend at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show, where attendees can also preview updated packaging, a new SKU, and her debut cookbook, Savor the Golden Hour.
