We hand make traditional, Northern Spanish-style dry cured chorizo, using a generations old family recipe that comes from León, the ancestral home of chorizo. We use USDA certified, sustainably raised pork shoulder and all natural ingredients, with no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives and no sugar added. Our chorizo has a great versatility and can be used in a variety of dishes and featured in a charcuterie plate.
Each link is 8oz in weight and we produce for both wholesale and retail purchasing.
