Forage Kombucha began out of the founders' fast casual restaurant in downtown Madison, WI. Unhappy with the local kombucha offerings, the founders began brewing small batch kombucha for customers.
Quickly demand grew from other restaurants and coffee shops in town to sell Forage Kombucha. In January 2018, Forage Kombucha launched with the goal of making kombucha accessible to all by offering it in cans. Naturally low in sugar and acidity, making Forage Kombucha light, smooth and refreshing treat for any occasion.
