Absinthia's Bottled Spirits is 100% woman owned and based in California. Our products are used by consumers and bartenders to make better cocktails. We currently have six products - our absinthe blanche and verte, made with all organic ingredients including neutral grape spirits and botanicals including grande  wormwood, anise, and fennel. Our carefully crafted, small batch, farm to glass absinthe is delicious with ice and cool water and in hundreds of cocktails such as the Sazerac, Corpse Reviver, and Death in the Afternoon. Our four syrups include Caged Heat, Crimson Smoke, Fairy Dust, and Cherry Bomb.

To date, our products have won numerous awards: Absinthia Blanche gold in the San Francisco International Spirits Competition and New York World Spirits Competition, Silver in the London International Spirts Competition. Caged Heat two golds and a consumers choice award in the SIP awards, and a bottle design award in San Diego, and Fairy Dust gold in the San Francisco International Spirits Competition. We are currently at work developing new products and CPG methods to reach consumers. All of our products, including gift packs, bar tools, and swag are available via e-commerce.
